men's ministry

This is for men of all ages!  It began over twenty years ago at a downtown restaurant and has moved locations over the years.  It has become a time of good food, fellowship, teaching and prayer.  We hope you will join us at the Ahlvers Road Campus Family Life Center as we feast on God's Word.  Come early, at 6:30 a.m. and Bible Study from 7:00 - 7:30.

Many of us are disconnected in our relationships with God, ourselves, and others, so this weekend provides content, experiences, and friendship development to help men live with authenticity and experience the full potential of their freedom in Christ Jesus.

LIFE MAP EXERCISE We challenge men to chart out their life story on this document.

Bible studies emphasize caring relationships centered on learning for living God's Truth. These studies meet various locations throughout the week. For more information, click here.

If you would like to be discipled, call the church office or email us at:, and we will connect you with a man who has expressed interest in discipling other men. If you would like to disciple someone, let us know that too!

helping ministries

An important way for men to minister is to assist the Deacons in some of the areas of responsibility. A frequent need is with assisting people in the body with moving or maintenance projects. Work projects relating to IBC facilities require many hands to make shorter work. There is always room for more to share in the ushering ministry! Contact a Deacon here.
